Managing a Future Search
Future Search is a strategic planning methodology used by leaders across the world to bring transformational change to the issues they are working on.
Future Search is based on principles of Social Science and Organizational Development going back decades. It is one of the few processes that genuinely engages the whole system when seeking to address complex issues in organizations and society. Future Search can be delivered in person or online.
P10 Facilitation Training
All of the important decisions we make in society are done in meetings. We all participate in meetings and many of us lead them. At Future Search we have created a way of learning how to facilitate that works with groups, and not against them. Our approach enables any meeting leader to design their meetings by paying attention to structure and paying attention to how they show up. We say manage the meeting and manage yourself. We call our approach to facilitation the P10 Approach – 10 Principles for leading meetings that matter.
